1: All prices quoted on this brochure are
subject to change without notice however the increase in price
is due to the devaluation of the local currency and the US.

2: The operator may change the date of the
departure and will notify you promptly of any change. If any
or all of the change made render you holiday materially
different from the one you booked, you can withdraw and we
will refund all moneys which you have paid to us, less
reasonable expenses incurred by us. If you prefer we will
rearrange the holiday substituting alternative arrangement of
equal standing.
3: After the departure the itinerary given
in this brochure are statements of intent rather then promise
our tour when local weather and other causes of uncontrollable
factors can need a change in the itinerary would be
substantially altered. If change are necessary the tour
organize will decide the best alternative and unable to be
responsible for the result of delays or change however caused.
This such changes gave to by accepted by you the client and
the organizer.
4: If in the opinion of the operator the
health or conduct of a client appears likely to endanger the
safe comfortable or happy progress of any trip, or if the
client commits any illegal act, the clients may be excluded
from the trip and the operator shall are no responsibility for
or to them and no refund shall be due.
5: Any client who uses a bicycle and or
equipment of the operator assumes liability for any loss or
damage suffered to or caused by bicycle and or equipment
during the tour and agrees to compensate the operator for any
such loss damage before the end of the trip.
BOOKING CONDITIONS:
All the booking must be formed between you
and us. The following terms and conditions out our respective
rights and obligations after formation of the contract or
payment of deposit.
RESERVATIONS:
Reservations are established by the payment of deposit per
person. We must received the balance of the total price upon
the first day of the tour. If we do not received the balance
of the total price upon the first day of the tour we will
assume you have canceled and since the deposit is not
refundable.
NOT
INCLUDED IN PRICE:
The price does not include any items not
specifically mentioned as being included in this brochure. No
charges related to pro-travel documentation cost of insurance,
airport tax, excess baggage charges, portage, personal
services of any kind of tips, room service charges, drink,
meals, except as specified in you tour, single room, optional
tour, unless as price is paid. Incidental expenses and
communications charges.
INSURANCE:
You will be responsible for arranging and
it is essential that you do arrange your own travel insurance.
We are not liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident,
delay and additional expensive. We recommends that you obtain
cancellation insurance and world assistance.
CANCELLATION BY YOU:
In addition to the assumed cancellation,
you may be giving notice in writing to us cancel your booking
at any time up the time of departure, in that event you will
incur a fee which is based on an estimate of the expense and
cost incurred by us as a result of your cancellation,
calculated as follows.
A: Cancellation more than 6 weeks before
date of departure 150 us dollars.
B: Cancellation between 42 days and 15
days before date of departure 50% of the deposit.
C: Cancellation between 14 days and 8 days
before date of departure 75% of the deposit
D: Cancellation into 7 days before date of
departure 100% of the deposit.
